1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version. This information is used for analytics, troubleshooting, and improving the App.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, analysis frequency, and session duration.
• Language & Locale: Your device's language settings to provide localized content.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable contact information.
• We do not access your location (GPS) data.
• We do not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data on your device.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: Processing your photos through AI models to deliver animal identification results.
• Improving the App: Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features, fix bugs, and improve user experience.
• Subscription Management: Managing your subscription status and purchase history through our payment processor.
• Usage Tracking: Monitoring daily analysis counts to enforce free-tier usage limits.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

4. Data Storage & Security

• Your analysis history is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
• Photos submitted for analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
• Local data (preferences, history cache) is stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.

5. Data Retention

• Analysis history is retained as long as you use the App or until you manually clear it.
• Usage tracking data may be retained for up to 12 months for service improvement purposes.
• Upon deletion of the App, locally stored data is automatically removed from your device.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request information about the data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data by clearing your history within the App or by contacting us.
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt-out: You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
