By downloading, installing, or using the Compress Photos app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Compress Photos is a mobile application that allows users to compress and resize images on their device. The App provides various compression quality settings and batch processing capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 In-App Purchases

The App offers the following purchase options:

• One-time consumable purchases for single compression sessions
• Weekly subscription for unlimited access
• Lifetime purchase for permanent unlimited access

3.2 Payment and Billing

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

3.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Apple's standard refund policy through the App Store.

4. User Content and Privacy

4.1 Image Processing

• All image processing is performed locally on your device
• We do not upload, store, or access your images on our servers
• Original and compressed images remain on your device

4.2 Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App to process copyrighted images you do not own or have permission to modify
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by RL Apps or its licensors.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2 Image Quality

While we strive to maintain image quality during compression, results may vary depending on the original image and compression settings selected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RL Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
