Photos and Images: The App uses your device camera or photo library to capture images for skin analysis, mole checking, product ingredient scanning, and color analysis. These images are sent to our servers for processing and are not stored permanently. Images are processed in real-time and discarded immediately after analysis is complete.

Analysis Results: We store the results of your analyses (text-based data only, not images) on our servers to provide you with history and tracking features. This data is associated with an anonymous device identifier.

Device Information: We collect anonymous device identifiers, device language, and app usage data to improve our services and provide localized content.

Subscription Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide skin analysis, mole risk assessment, product ingredient analysis, and color analysis services
• To generate personalized skincare routines based on your analysis results
• To maintain your scan history and enable progress tracking
• To send you relevant notifications (only with your permission)
• To improve our analysis accuracy and app performance
• To manage your subscription and provide customer support

3. Data Storage and Security

Your analysis results are stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not store your photos or images. All images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after analysis.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: For processing and analyzing images. Images are sent securely and are subject to OpenAI's data usage policies. OpenAI does not use API submissions to train their models.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction data.
• Supabase: For secure data storage and server functions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the purpose of providing our app's functionality.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your analysis history by contacting us
• Disable notifications at any time through your device settings
• Revoke camera and photo library access through your device settings
• Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.

8. Medical Disclaimer

The App provides informational skin analysis using artificial intelligence. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. Results are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by updating the effective date above.
