Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Galow Mole Checker application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Galow Mole Checker provides AI-powered skin analysis tools including mole and rash risk assessment, product ingredient scanning, skin health analysis, color season analysis, and personalized skincare routine suggestions. The App uses camera-based image recognition and artificial intelligence to generate analysis results.
THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All analysis results, risk assessments, and skincare suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence for informational and educational purposes only.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of information provided by the App.
If you have concerns about a mole, skin lesion, rash, or any skin condition, consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider immediately.
While we strive to provide accurate analysis, the App's results are AI-generated estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Results can be affected by image quality, lighting conditions, camera capabilities, and other factors. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results.
Product ingredient analysis is based on image recognition and may not capture all ingredients or may misidentify certain components. Always verify ingredient information by reading product labels directly.
Free Features: The App offers limited free scans for certain features (mole check and product scanner). Additional features require a premium subscription.
Premium Subscription: Premium access is available through auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device.

All content, features, functionality, design, and code of the App are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any analysis results provided by the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
