This Privacy Policy explains how rlapps ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the iOS application Location Changer (also marketed as "Spoofly", the "App"). We are committed to a privacy-by-design approach: most of your data never leaves your device.
Location Changer is a tool for saving and sharing custom map pins through your usual messaging apps. The App does NOT modify your device's GPS hardware, system Location Services, or how any other application on your device receives your real location. The App also does not transmit your real-time location to us or any third party.
This information is not transmitted to us. It exists only on your device and is removed entirely if you uninstall the App or tap "Reset App Data" inside Settings.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take prompt steps to delete it.
Because all user content stays on your device, retention is fully under your control: data exists until you delete it or uninstall the App. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase data according to their respective policies.
Your saved pins, photos, and settings are stored in the App's sandboxed container on your device, protected by iOS's standard data-protection mechanisms. Subscription validation uses HTTPS connections to Apple and RevenueCat. While we apply reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
If you are located outside Türkiye or the regions where Apple and RevenueCat operate their servers, data shared with those third parties may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Each provider operates under its own data-transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted within the App where appropriate.
