This Privacy Policy explains how RL Apps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us Directly:

Health & Cycle Data: Period dates, flow intensity, mood, symptoms, and cycle lengths.
Nutrition & Hydration Data: Calorie intake, macros, and water consumption.
Images (Skin Lab): Photos you upload or take within the App for skin analysis. We do not permanently store these photos. They are processed temporarily by our AI service providers and immediately discarded after the analysis is returned.

b. Automatically Collected Information:

Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Information: App launch frequency (e.g., to manage review prompts), features used, and crash reports.

2. How We Store Your Data

Your primary cycle, symptom, and daily log data is stored locally on your device (using technologies like CoreData/SwiftData). If you have enabled iCloud backup on your device, your data may be backed up to your personal iCloud account according to Apple's security protocols.

We may use secure third-party databases (like Supabase) to store aggregated, anonymized usage metrics or specific account data if you create a cloud account. However, we prioritize local-first storage for sensitive health data.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To provide our services, we rely on trusted third parties:

Apple (App Store & RevenueCat): For processing subscriptions and in-app purchases. We do not have access to your credit card information.
AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI/Google): For powering the Skin Lab and Meal Analysis features. Images and text descriptions are sent to these APIs securely via TLS/SSL. These providers are strictly prohibited from using your data to train their models without consent, and data is processed ephemerally.
Analytics Providers: We may use basic, anonymized analytics to understand app performance and crashes.

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the App's core functionality (e.g., cycle predictions).
To generate personalized insights (Skin Lab, Meal Analysis).
To process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
To send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal or health data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. We may only share anonymized, aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, or share data when required by law or subpoena.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data. Within the App's settings, you can find the "Delete All Data" option, which permanently wipes all your stored cycle and health records from the device.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
